Congress fee is 2000 DKK (approx 270 EURO)
Please note that the acceptance of a panel, paper or poster remains provisional until the scholar has paid the congress fee.
Payment by scholars presenting at the WCEH should be made at the latest by 15 May 2009, at the latest. We keep a waiting list. If you have a panel, paper or poster accepted and you cannot participate at the WCEH 2009, please inform the congress secretariat as soon as possible, as the number of presentations is limited, as your refusal will enable another scholar to present his/her work at the congress. The congress fee includes:
Program and congress bag
Opening and closing ceremonies
Access to all keynote presentations and sessions
Access to the WCEH 2009 exhibition area
Welcoming reception
Local transportation from Copenhagen to Malmoe University on August 8th, 2009. The congress fee does not included:
Lunch and coffee
Congress banquet
Evening tours
Post-congress tours Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel your registration, the conference fee will be partially reimbursed according to the following:
Before May 1st, 2009: amount paid less 80 EURO (administrative fee).
After May 1st, 2009: no refunds. Forms of payment
Payment options:
(1) You can provide us with your credit card information on the secure online registration form.
(2) You can indicate on both online or mail registration forms that you will transmit your credit card information by regular mail or fax.
(3) You can indicate on your registration form that you will pay with a bank transfer to our conference account. Please note that credit card fees and bank fees are paid at your cost. Registration desk
The congress registration desk is located in the Radisson SAS Falconer Centre Foyer. The congress registration desk will be open every day during the congress between 8:00 - 16:00.
At the congress registration desk you will find your congress package.
