Visa for Schengen 

Denmark and Sweden request visa for visitors coming from a number of countries. Both countries are Schengen members. A visa to one Schengen country is valid for all Schengen countries.

In order to find out if you need a visa to enter a Schengen country, please consult with a list countries at the homepage of the Danish Ministry of Integration and the Immigration Service.

ID number of presentation at WCEH (paper, poster, chair)
Date of arrival and date of departure.

If you are not presenting a paper/poster at the congress please provide us with a short CV and and a list of publications. Participants not presenting a paper/poster at the congress will have to register for the congress before an invitation letter can be sent.
